It is Sunday, the end of week 2. I finished my first week of My WW and weighed in yesterday. Last Saturday I was 21 stone 8lbs and this Saturday I was 21 stone 5lbs... so lost 3lbs.
This week, I have:
I will say that some days this week, I had a lot of Smart Points left over each day... so not sure if I am eating enough to fully fuel my body and most efficiently burn calories? Today, I ate almost all my points... so will see how that goes.
Lenny seems to be fascinated with things like oranges when he finds them, so got him some “healthy food” cat toys so he and Willow can be involved and supportive.
Bring on Week 3! (Soup for lunch made today - a beef and barley-type soup using my mother’s Meatball soup)

- been trying to eat smarter,
- cut out a lot of my carbs and replaced them with fruit or veg,
- stopped drinking calorie-filled drinks,
- tried to be a bit more active.
